Srinivas Lanka is a Partner and Chief Delivery and People Officer at Exusia. Srinivas is our leader in growing our capabilities and our product which is our people to the next generation of solutions. Prior to that Srinivas held the position of Global Head of Analytics and Data Engineering at Exusia where he led the effort for incubating the analytics Center of Excellence and scaling Exusia’s data analytics capabilities to ensure the company continues to provide best-in-class data management services for its clients across the globe.   Srinivas has also previously been responsible of looking after Exusia’s Delivery Centers in Hyderabad and Bangalore India.  
 
Srinivas has over 21 years of experience in information technology, an academic background in finance, and impeccable technical skills in data analytics.  His expertise spans across the entire spectrum of the analytics life cycle including Data Management, Business Intelligence (BI), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Predictive Analytics, as well as building industry specific analytic solution packs.  He has a proven track record in delivery management, where he has managed large complex programs and delivery portfolios in a global delivery model.  Srinivas has provided technology and functional consulting services to world-class brands across the globe in the Banking, Technology, Telecommunications, and Retail industries.  He has technology expertise across a wide range of tools including Data Stage, ODI, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, and Cassandra.  Srinivas has extensive knowledge on EPM solutions including Hyperion, SAP EPM, Cognos TM1, as well as comprehensive knowledge on BI and Visualization tools including Business Objects, OBIEE, Tableau, Qlikview, and R.
 
Prior to joining Exusia, Srinivas was leading the EPM practice at Wipro Technologies, which became one of the largest India based EPM practices providing functional consulting and implementation services for performance management and profitability analytic solutions.  Prior to Wipro Technologies, Srinivas was a Delivery Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions.  He was responsible for managing a portfolio of projects in the Technology and Retail industries where he received consistent high customer satisfaction ratings.  Srinivas spent over 10 years in the United States, Europe, and the APAC region providing technology functional consulting services for clients including UBS, CitiBank, Barclays, and British Telecom.
 
Srinivas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India.  He attended the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India to become a Qualified Cost Accountant.  Srinivas is also a certified Chartered Financial Analyst from The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India.  Srinivas enjoys international travel with his family and has a passion for gardening and growing organic vegetables.
