Smita Mali is an Associate Director – Global Finance and Accounting Exusia India Private Limited. She has an overall experience of 17+ years in core finance and accounting operations, she has also worked across diverse sectors including financial services and information technology. 

Smita is responsible for all aspects of Finance and Accounting management, including financial reporting, budgeting, financial modeling and analysis, business planning, payroll, client invoicing, audit, employee engagement and process improvement. She also expertise’s in Client Accounting, Billing & Invoicing, Audit Operations, Taxation, Client Relationship and Management, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Compliance management, Payroll Management, Accounts Reconciliation, SAP, GAAP, STPI.

Prior to Exusia, Smita has worked as Vice President and Assistant Manager in Nectar Infotel Solutions and Bitwise Solutions, India respectively where she was responsible for all finance and accounting operations. She has a track record of achievements, targeting for assignments, setting strategy for creative consumer-driven services and improving operational effectiveness to create greater financial returns. 

Smita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Pune University. Apart from this, she participates in social work and has volunteered for several foundation under CSR activities which also supports food donation and child education.

Smita is a Certified Zumba Trainer and is a Fitness freak.  She has a passion for dance and enjoys to play Badminton. She loves travelling and like to explore different places and meet new people.
