Reena Chakravorty is a Director – Account Delivery Lead and Data Architect at Exusia India Private Limited. She is involved in analysis, design and development of enterprise applications with emphasis on Descriptive and Diagnostic Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Solutions for Exusia’s clients. 

Reena brings over 16 years of extensive experience in different domain under Finance like Retail banking, corporate banking, and human capital management. Her expertise spans across requirements gathering, validation, analysis, design, and development. Her interest for understanding data has made her take various roles like database developer, BI developer, data modeler and data architect. Reena is a people manager and great in associating from fresher to senior managers. She enjoys training and mentoring freshers to upskill.

Prior to Exusia, she was associated with Wissen Technologies Ltd as a Senior Principal Engineer for Finance Domain Accounts in Data Analytics and Migration projects and she was responsible for various database technologies and BI tools for reporting. Reena has also served as an end-to-end development lead and solution architect at Cognizant Technologies Solution, contributing towards design and development of solutions in Finance domain. 

Reena has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science) from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Indore.

Reena enjoys traveling and is keen in learning about different cultures. She also enjoys cooking, singing, dancing and gardening. She believes in utilizing every moment of life to make it memorable.
