Raghavendra Kulkarni is a Director at Exusia, Inc.  In addition to his core role of driving end-to-end Solution Delivery, Raghavendra’s responsibilities include serving as a leading member of Exusia’s hiring committee, and providing enterprise-wide subject matter expertise (SME) in areas of Snowflake, Cloud Computing and DevOps Automation.  

Raghavendra has more than eighteen years of experience in various aspects of Data Engineering and Cloud Computing, extending across Design, Development, Implementation, Testing and Operations at Exusia. His functional expertise includes knowledge of Insurance, Risk, Financial Securities, Billing & Payments, and Telecom Revenue Assurance domains. Raghavendra has been critical in helping clients deliver on AWS Cloud Native solutions, providing end-users with intuitive, configurable frameworks to provision secure, managed R&D environments with governed access to enterprise data assets. He is an experienced architect who goes the extra mile to build ROI-driven solutions in collaboration with end users, senior stakeholders, and info/data security auditors in mind. 

Before joining Exusia, Raghavendra worked for American Insurance Group (AIG) on critical projects that involved design and development of multi-platform entity resolution, complex policy limit business rule decisioning and global reporting & analytics. Prior to that, he has also led successful data initiatives within Citi Bank and British Telecom.

Raghavendra is a merit list holder from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, India in Electronics Engineering. He is also a Snowflake SnowPro Core certified professional, with deep expertise in implementing and migrating data to Snowflake Cloud Native database(s). 

He currently lives in New Jersey with his wife and two kids. Raghavendra loves meeting new people and he also volunteers within his local school and sports clubs.
