Norah’s has notable experience in several aspects of human resources including: Managing and improvising Employee Life Cycle activities, Learning & development, Policy Formulation & Implementation and Benefits & Payroll. She is also involved in building intercultural communication, Employee Engagement Initiatives, Grievance handling, Vendor & Facility management. She also partakes in coordinating with Stakeholders to reinforce their vision in achieving organizational excellence through various Change management projects. She is also a part of the PR team for branding efforts.
Prior to joining Exusia, Norah was a Senior Executive – HR Operations & Marketing in EduVelocity Global Counsels LLP, Chandigarh. She was responsible for managing and facilitating student life cycle activities and getting parents onboard for their children’s better future with Student counselling programs for Foreign Universities, guiding them with different career choices in market, Life Skills trainings. She has coordinated for CBSE Board capacity building program for Teachers, conducted psychometric tests for students, coordinated for seminars in colleges for undergraduates and post graduates as a part of marketing activity, Content writing for marketing material. As a part of HR function, she was into client orientation, budget handling, Client Agreement, revenue collection record, upkeep of internal database.
Norah is a post graduate in Master in Business Administration from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Additionally, she has a certification in HR Analytics.
In her leisure time she likes to travel and collect souvenirs. She also loves creative artwork – currently into painting.
