Harpreet is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer at Exusia looking after Exusia’s Finance, Operations, Legal, IT/Information Security and Human Resources practices globally.  Harpreet’s responsibilities encompass supporting the firm’s Global Sales and Delivery Practices across the globe.  He leads global expansion initiatives and is focused on strengthening the firm’s presence in US, India and South Africa.  He leverages his extensive client delivery, project management, presales enablement, and managerial experience to develop corporate strategy and facilitate strategic business enhancements throughout the organization that catalyze Exusia’s overall productivity and operating efficiency.

Prior to joining Exusia, Harpreet was an Associate Project Lead for Cognizant Technology Solutions where he supported development teams across Delhi, Mumbai, and Pune leading the reconciliation Q/A efforts.  He was responsible for utilizing the Intellimatch platform to deliver value to clients in the UK region.  Prior to Cognizant, Harpreet was an Analyst for Gravitas Technology supporting Apollo Advisors United States based clients with optimizing their core India operation’s practice for trade processing, custodial reconciliations, and UAT testing.  Previously, Harpreet was a Specialist for AXA Business Services Private Limited where he supported investment banking operations and client delivery for Alliance Bernstein, New York.

Harpreet holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce and a Master’s Degree in Advanced Cost Accounting from the University of Pune, India.  He also earned a Software Diploma from the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT).  Harpreet is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance. 

Harpreet loves travelling and photography.  He is also a sports enthusiast, particularly cricket and football.  Growing up in an Army family, he is a proud supporter of the Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA), a Non-Governmental Organisation who supports the welfare of the spouses, children, and dependents of the Indian Army personnel.
