Dilip Panda is a Director at Exusia having an experience of 17years~ in the IT industry in Design, Analysis, Development, Support and Project Management for developing business-focused technology solutions in the Business Intelligence and Data Management space. He has implemented end to end data integration and analytics solutions for several top US institutions. He has extended his expertise to onshore and offsite teams delivering the best to the customers. 

He has worked with many top clients in the industry who have featured in Fortune 500 and have delivered multiple projects successfully. He has a comprehensive knowledge on full software development lifecycle including business/systems analysis, requirements gathering, functional specification, application development, testing, and delivery. He comes with technical expertise within the Ab Initio product suite including GDE, EME, Conduct>It, Express>It, TDM, TFM, continuous flows, meta-programming, Control Center. In addition to Ab Initio, Dilip’s technical skill set also includes Oracle, Teradata, DB2, SQL, PL/SQL, Linux, Korn shell scripting.

Prior to joining Exusia, he was a Senior Data Engineer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, where he had contributed and delivered many cutting-edge data-centric insurance solutions. He held various titles, such as software engineer, technical lead and data engineer in several organizations, including Exilant, TCS, CTS, Tech Mahindra, Exusia and BCBSNC where he was responsible for technical delivery of data management projects. He is able to solve a diverse range of technical challenges while providing leadership, guidance, mentorship and training to his direct reports and other team members.  He also was the recipient of numerous awards for his work at Synchrony Financial, TransUnion, FedEx and BCBSNC.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical from Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT). In his spare time, he loves playing badminton and spending time with his family.
