Akhil Rawat is Director at Exusia India Private Limited. He is responsible for providing the data analysis for the business problems or new feature development to the end clients of Exusia. He has excellent client centric communication and coordination with varied stakeholders for the successful deliveries. 

Akhil brings over 17 years of extensive experience in different domain under BFSI like Operational Risk Management, AML (Anti-Money Laundering). His expertise spans across requirements gathering, requirement analysis, documentation of requirements, development coordination, stakeholder management, testing, training to business users, post production support. His excellent communication skills come handy to get tasks accomplished from varied stakeholders.

Prior to Exusia, He was associated with Cognizant as a Project Manager for BFSI domain. He was also associated with KPMG where he was responsible for the Operational Risk Management implementation in multi-national banks in India and other countries. He was responsible to coordinate with the Head of Operational Risk Management and Operational Risk Management Team at Bank to understand the requirements and then document them and take approvals on the same. Finally implement the working solution to manage the Operational Risk effectively so that Banks can minimize the losses which happen due to Operational Risk Gaps. Also, so that Banks can comply with Basel Norms.

Akhil has an MBA Finance degree from LJMU. He enjoys to keep fit, does a lot of Trekking, Running, and Walking for the same.
