Abhijit Kapatkar is a Director and Account Delivery Solutions Architect at Exusia. He is responsible for leading Exusia’s technical delivery of large data management programs and defining large-scale client solutions, and providing client delivery & quality assurance for Exusia’s clients.

Abhijit has over 13+ years of experience in design, development & application support of data management, data warehousing, data migration and research of new projects in Banking & Insurance domains. His expertise includes requirements gathering, analysis, design, and development of ETL applications utilising various data structures, design patterns & application support. He has comprehensive knowledge of Ab Initio product suite. Apart from this, Abhijit’s technical competencies include Shell Scripting, Teradata, Oracle, Netezza, SQL, HDFS, ER-Studio , Azure-Databricks & PySpark.

Prior to re-joining Exusia, Abhijit held various titles such as technical lead, technical manager, delivery manger in several organizations including Bitwise, Syntel, Citi, IBM, L&T & Exusia where he was responsible for quality technical delivery of data management solutions. Abhijit was involved in multiple phases of solution development cycle. He received several appreciations & awards for his contributions. Other than tech management he plays major role in people management for IBM-Barclays.

Abhijit graduated from one of Pune Universities’ top ranked college – Fergusson college with a Master degree in Computer Application.

Apart from work, Abhijit loves spending time with his family & friends. He enjoys drawing, painting, hiking & playing football.
