Harpreet Mehta is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer at Exusia, overseeing the firm’s global Finance, Operations, Legal, IT/Information Security, and Human Resources practices. He plays a key role in supporting Exusia’s Global Sales and Delivery Practices, while also spearheading the firm’s global expansion efforts across the United States, India, and South Africa. Harpreet brings deep operational expertise to drive corporate strategy, business transformation, and organizational efficiency across the enterprise.

In addition to his core responsibilities, Harpreet has been instrumental in channeling strategic due diligence efforts related to investment and fundraising initiatives, working closely with leadership and external stakeholders to ensure the preparation of comprehensive investor materials and compliance documentation, positioning Exusia for sustained growth and capital readiness.

Harpreet leverages his extensive background in client delivery, project management, and presales enablement to bring a pragmatic, execution-focused approach to operational leadership. His cross-functional insight helps align delivery with business goals and ensures scalable infrastructure for long-term success. He is also passionate about mentoring and developing talent, and plays an active role in career development and talent retention initiatives.

Prior to joining Exusia, Harpreet was an Associate Project Lead at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he led client delivery for QA and reconciliation efforts across Delhi, Mumbai, and Pune for UK-based clients, utilizing the Intellimatch platform (FinTech). He previously served as an Analyst at Gravitas Technology, supporting Apollo Advisors’ U.S. operations, and as a Specialist at AXA, managing client delivery and investment banking operations for Alliance Bernstein, New York.

Harpreet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with speciality in Taxation and a Master’s degree in Advanced Cost Accounting from the University of Pune, as well as a Software Engineering Diploma from NIIT. He also holds an MBA in Finance from Pune University.

Outside of work, Harpreet is passionate about travel and photography, and is an avid cricket and football enthusiast. Raised in an Army family, he is a proud supporter of the Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA), which supports the families and dependents of Indian Army personnel.
