Sneha Sapkal is a Director – Global Talent Acquisitions practice for Exusia India Private Limited. Her vision is to create 360° value and have a positive impact on Exusia’s stakeholders and help our clients achieve their targets by delivering top talents and innovative minds. She is having an extensive experience in evolving People Strategies, Global Talent Acquisition for Americas, Africa and European regions.  She brings in solid experience of hiring in to Capital Markets, Fintech, Telecom and Healthcare businesses. 

Sneha is a thought Leader in the Recruiting industry with a diverse experience in building & leading teams that delivers university hires, IT high-volume hires and the ‘high-hiring bar’ engineering hires. Her problem-solving abilities, dealings with the talent pool across various domains is noteworthy. Some of the key areas where she has contributed in implementing best industry practices are Diversity and Inclusion, Equal Employment opportunities, Employee Value Proposition. She collaboratively works with engagement and marketing team providing her expertise in organizational hiring designs & effectiveness, culture & change, staffing, external resource relationship management.  

Prior to joining Exusia, Sneha was associated with Computer Technology Resources. Inc (CTR) as a recruiting lead. In early stages of her career, she extended her services to Zensar Technologies and IBM. Her core competent areas are around attracting good talent in the fields of Data Analytics, Data Governance, ETL, SAAS and Cloud. 

Sneha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University of Pune. She enjoys travelling and investing time fine tuning her classical and different dance forms. She also loves trying her hands-on learning culinary dishes, that makes her quite popular amongst her friends. Her mantra of work and life is wherever you go ̶ “People Matter”.
