Saudamini Mehta is a Associate Manager of Global Legal and Immigration at Exusia India Private. She is mainly responsible Corporate legal affairs and to streamline and strategize the compliance across the globe. 

She has a 12 + years of experience in the Legal and Compliance field. Saudamini is responsible for the legal affairs of the entire corporation which includes providing legal counsel to the board of directors, chairman of the board, chief executive officer and other senior management at Exusia. 

Prior to Exusia, Saudamini has worked in Eaton Technologies, Synechron India and Syngenta India where she was responsible for the legal affairs across globe and setting up compliance system in the companies.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Law from Pune University and is also a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. (ICSI)

As she has grown up in a freedom fighter family, she has supported several NGO’s, and has been actively working for destitute women and children organizations. Saudamini and has financially adopted a child and caters to the child’s entire education. 

Saudamini is an avid Sports enthusiast and enjoys tennis.
