Exusia, a cutting-edge digital transformation consultancy, seeks IT Network Engineer to join us at Pune and work for the Enable / Network & IT Infra support team. This role will be reporting directly to the IT Manager.

What’s the Role?

This position will be part of our IT Enable practice, focused on providing end to end IT network infrastructure enhancement and support including Desktops, Servers, firewalls, Communication and network infrastructure and working with Exusia’s customer’s IT infra related requirements for offshore development center. The right person should be hands-on in all related IT infrastructure support and enhancement areas above and must be able to work with engineers spread across delivery locations in Pune, Hyderabad and Bangalore and should be able to bring in innovation to provide a robust IT environment for a rapidly expanding project delivery teams. This role would also participate in maintaining organizational ISO standards and work with the team on organization wide Azure cloud VDI enablement and implementation.

Responsibilities

·        Responsible for supporting all the day to-day IT infrastructure related activities, scale, optimize and support our enterprise network across different cities in India.

·        Responsible for testing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware such as desktops and laptops, network devices, software, and networking systems, Azure VDI to meet the IT Infrastructure needs of the organization.

·        Participate in monitoring, troubleshooting and usage of global ISPs across SonicWall protected networks for office space of 300+ software designers/developers across different cities. 

·        Assemble and update company network documentation in the form of ticket logs, subscriber profiles and network diagrams. 

·        Proactively Monitors, alerts and provides system notifications to identify issues while working with 3rd party vendors including coordination with network service providers (ISP's, Carriers etc.) to resolve outages.

·        Set-up, scale and support local office network infrastructure and work as an interface with global project delivery teams and work with Exusia clients to support the set-up of dedicated secure connections to support global business solutions.

·        Perform SonicWall firewall and load balancer changes as and when required. 

·        Perform Avaya IPBX & phone configuration.

·        Work with 3rd party vendors to analyze required infrastructure requirements and propose to management team associated costs and trade-offs in order to scale the company infrastructure.

·        Work with various teams within the organization and external audit agency to support ISO 27001 related activities.

·        Have familiarity with organization client base and the network resources being utilized by all customers.
