Exusia, Inc., a cutting-edge data and information management consulting firm, seeks a self-starter to join our global Efficiency practice in our Pune office as a Senior Analyst , depending on experience and capability. 

 

This position is in reporting to the Partner and Chief Operating Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing Exusia’s employer brand vision to life visually. In this capacity, the Sr. Analyst will work closely with stakeholders and leadership members in executing assigned projects with high-quality output across multiple formats and channels.

 

What’s the Role?

 

·        People Experience:

               i.       Execution of all People Experience sessions to enable our Remote employees to come together on varied occasions and engage

              ii.       These sessions may be a combination of Online or In-Person events

             iii.       Support People Operations Lead in administrating org-wide programs like Rewards and Recognitions

            iv.       Grievance Handling

·        Engagement:

               i.       Has special inclination towards employee engagement with prior experience in demonstrating effective projects on such efforts.

              ii.       Lead programs and activities on employee engagement

             iii.       Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyse results and attrition trends, employee concerns and make recommendations for employee attraction and retention

            iv.       Drive employee engagement, and inspire a high performance work culture

·        Employer & Employee Branding:

             i.       Work with internal stakeholders and develop a robust employer branding plan from conception to implementation

            ii.       Work on research-based insights which will be used to formulate go-to-market strategies for our stakeholders and HR leadership

           iii.       Improve social media engagements by driving the Employee Value Proposition and talent attraction strategy externally and internally

           iv.       Identify and recommend strategies for building the employer brand and run specific hiring related campaigns

·        Learning and Development:

               i.       Drive internal campaigns to improve adoption of our Training Academy Program

              ii.       Create a robust process and framework for identifying learning needs

Requirements

Criteria for the Role!

 

·        Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing & communication (media arts, advertising, public relations, or related field); Master’s degree/ MBA

·        A minimum of 2 years of experience in Branding or Employer branding/ Recruiting Marketing, preferably in the technology industry.

·        Strong research skills, with excellent understanding and proven track record in marketing and communications, including digital marketing and the ability to apply that in Talent Branding.

·        Proactive, innovative self-starter; critical and strategic thinking, good interpersonal skills; high attention to detail; practical and results-oriented; collaborative mindset and a team player!

·        Experience in social media and communication, consistent and robust writing skills in crafting compelling, targeted marketing messaging (copywriting for social media posts, blogs, articles, etc.)

·        Passionate about innovative People solutions and process improvement

·        An eye for details, a positive attitude, and creativity.

·        Excellent command over written and spoken English.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft suite
