Chief Technology Officer

Trevor Noon is the Chief Technology Officer of Exusia and senior architect responsible for oversight of the firm's solution capabilities and delivery quality across the United States, Canada, Brazil and India. In this capacity, Trevor leads Exusia’s execution practice and serves as the chief architect and delivery manager of Exusia’s Software as a Service (SaaS) offering, CloudEx. With over four decades of experience in data management and analytics, Trevor’s contributions to the data management industry have directly changed the trajectory and scale of how enterprise technology initiatives are delivered and operate. At the same time, he has maintained an exemplary track record of delivering the highest quality, creative solutions for his clients across multiple industry domains by leveraging several 4GL technologies, including, most notably, Ab Initio, Informatica, SAS, Teradata, Netezza, Oracle, Greenplum, Red Brick, Informix and OBIEE.

Trevor brings over 47 years of experience in data processing and information systems to Exusia’s senior management, including 10 years as a Principal with Knightsbridge Solutions (HP), where he worked on strategic projects in the United Kingdom, Trinidad, Brazil, Canada and the United States. Trevor has worked with companies across several industry verticals, including financial services (Citigroup, American Express, First Union National Bank (Wells Fargo), Zions Bank, Equifax, Republic Bank, National Westminster Bank Ltd.), high technology (Philips Electrical Ltd., IBM, AOL, EMC), transportation (Gulf Air, Orbitz), telecommunications (Time Warner Cable, Cablevision, O2 Telecommunications, British Telecomm), mining (Vale Mining), insurance (Allstate Insurance, Great West Life, Transamerica Life of Canada), and healthcare (Blue Cross/Blue Shield).

Following Knightsbridge, Trevor was the Managing Director of Incandescent Technologies (ITI) for two years and was in charge of ITI’s overall global technology capabilities, including delivery and support of client applications from both onshore and offshore development sites. During his tenure at ITI, the company opened its operations in southern India where Trevor was directly responsible for recruiting and training the foundational team.

In addition to his work with clients, Trevor has been recognized as a leading expert in all aspects and technologies relating to data and has trained hundreds of colleagues and clients across the United States, Europe and India in several different leading data centric competencies and technologies. Past speaking engagements include, amongst others, serving as the keynote speaker at conferences across the Americas, Europe and Asia addressing issues, design patterns and best practices for data management in the financial services industry. Prior training sessions conducted include, amongst others, Ab Initio Fundamentals, Ab Initio Advanced Topics, Advanced Ab Initio Course for Designers, Ab Initio – Using the EME, Mastering the Ab Initio Data Profiler, development best practices, Knightsbridge Pathways training, and Knightsbridge Data Warehousing Fundamentals. Trevor’s expertise spans several technologies and includes certifications and manufacturers training for Kalido, Netezza, Teradata, Red Brick, Oracle, Ab Initio, Informatica, SAS, SCO, DEC and IBM.

Trevor is a Shriner and supports the Shriner Children’s Hospitals and Masonic Home for Children in Oxford, NC. As a lay leader at his local church, Trevor actively participates in the “Backpack Outreach Ministry,” which provides food for underprivileged school students. Trevor and his wife, Christine, contribute to St. Labre Indian School in Ashland, MT and the American Indian Education Foundations, where Christine, now retired, was formerly schoolteacher.
