Trevor Silver is a Founding Partner, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Exusia, Inc. Trevor also serves as a Director of Exusia’s subsidiaries in Canada, India, South Africa and Brazil. At Exusia, Trevor is globally responsible for Exusia's strategy, sales, delivery and talent acquisition. Trevor co-founded Exusia to empower clients to grow revenue, optimize costs and satisfy regulatory pressures through the innovative use of information and analytics. Through his expertise and vision, Trevor grew the Exusia team by a record setting 8803% its first three years of operations, while delivering on revenue growth of 833% in 2013, 300% in 2014 and 250% growth in 2015.  

In 2012, Trevor rapidly established Big Data, Analytics and ETL disciplines to immediately serve clients with comprehensive solutions across the U.S. while offering premium supportive delivery from off-site locations in India. In 2013, Trevor expanded Exusia to also provide cloud based capabilities to its clients through it's CloudEx Software as a Service (SaaS) offering. In 2014, Trevor grew Exusia internationally into new emerging business markets such Canada, South Africa, Brazil and Colombia.   Exusia has been named by Crain's Magazine, Bank of America and Delta Airlines as the 6th Fastest growing company in their Fast50 and Exusia has been globally recognized by Inc. Magazine as the #2 IT Services firm in the United States / Europe with an overall private company ranking of #18 of 5000.  Exusia continues to grow and is projecting 50% incremental growth in 2016.  

In addition to guiding Exusia towards further expansion, Trevor still remains hands-on and is actively working with several of Exusia’s global clients on their enterprise data strategy and implementation initiatives, he also remains very active in Exusia’s recruiting of top sales and delivery talent both in the US and internationally as Exusia further expands it's overall capabilities into emerging markets.

Prior to founding Exusia, Trevor was a Partner on the Board of Directors of Incandescent Technologies, Inc. (ITIData) where he created the firm’s global delivery offering based in southern India.  At ITI, Trevor expanded client sales by over 3500% in less then 3 years by landing ITI's first direct global client, Citigroup.  In addition to guiding ITI’s sales and delivery during his time at ITIData, Trevor established ITIData's first certified delivery center in Chennai, India and put in place the operational and information security process for Citigroup, ITI’s largest and only global client.

Before ITI, Trevor was a Senior Principal at Knightsbridge Solutions (acquired by HP in 2007), where he blended his deep technical expertise and ability to establish strong client relationships to excel. At Knightsbridge / HP, Trevor was responsible for Master Data Management, Data Quality and Data Governance sales and delivery relationships within the capital markets, banking and insurance consulting businesses. In this role, he managed a consulting team of 150 global resources and delivered gross sales of $33 Million USD over a three-year period.

Trevor founded his first company at nineteen when, after winning an algorithm design competition in Chicago, IL, the CEO and Board of Directors of NRC Realty & Capital Advisors hired him to architect its commercial real estate auction application. Thereafter, he served as the technical lead and project manager of a team of eight working on C# applications for Microsoft’s Vista Enterprise release and as a senior data management consultant at Braun Consulting (FICO).

Trevor holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a minor in mathematics from Purdue University where he received the Microsoft Software Engineering MVP, an honor awarded to the top software developer in Purdue’s computer science department. At Purdue, Trevor was also selected to be deeply involved in graduate research in Bioinformatics where he contributed his passion for data algorithm and structure design to the human genome project.  Trevor has also taken post graduate studies in Business Strategy and Global Business at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA.  

Trevor actively contributes to a variety of charities that are important to him, including the Alzheimer’s Research Foundation, the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), and Reading Partners, a non-profit that enhances literacy through school programs. He has also channeled a love for animals into fostering dogs through Paws All Around.
