Shakti Shroff
Solutions Architect

Shakti Shroff is a Director and Account Delivery Solutions Architect at Exusia, Inc.  He is responsible for leading Exusia’s technical delivery of large data management programs and defining large-scale client solutions that deliver business transformation.  He also supports quality assurance for Exusia’s clients across the globe.
Shakti has over 9 years of experience in design and development of data management, data warehousing, and data migration.  His diverse experience across industries such as finance, telecommunications, and investment banking, make Shakti an asset to Exusia and his clients.  His expertise includes requirements gathering, analysis, design, and development of ETL solutions utilizing batch and real-time processes.  Shakti has a comprehensive knowledge of the Ab Initio product suite including Co-Operating System, GDE, Data Profiler, EME, Conduct>It, Continuous Flows, Web Services, and Express>IT.  He is also proficient in Oracle, Teradata, DB2,SQL, PL/SQL, AIX, Shell scripting, Autosys, Tivoli JS Console, Qlikview, and Business Objects.
Prior to joining Exusia, Shakti held various technical positions at CITI, IBM, Wipro and Bitwise, where he was responsible for technical delivery of data management, data migration, and regulatory projects.  He was involved in project planning, design, process optimization, estimations, and build phase.  Shakti received numerous awards for the contributions he made to the business and his clients.  Throughout his career, Shakti has made it a priority to participate in the talent recruitment process as well as be actively involved in mentoring new employees. 
Shakti graduated from The University of Pune with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.  He also received a post graduate diploma in Software from SEED Infotech Ltd. in Pune. 
Playing cricket, chess, and console games are among Shakti’s favorite hobbies.  He loves spending time with his wife and son.
