Nagaiah Gaddipati

Nagaiah Gaddipati is a Senior Director and account delivery Solutions Architect at Exusia, Inc. He is responsible for leading large data management programs, defining large-scale client solutions, and providing delivery oversight and quality assurance for Exusia’s clients. Nagaiah was a founding member of the Exusia team in the United States and led the delivery of the first client project at Citi Private Bank back in 2012.   Nagaiah brings over 14 years of experience in analysis, design and development of enterprise applications with emphasis on Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Solutions. He utilizes his expertise in Ab Initio, Informatica, SSIS and SAS DI Studio to design and develop extraction, transformation and load processes (ETL) for Exusia.

Nagaiah is an expert in leading large, international teams in designing and building large scale Data Integration/ETL applications for companies in the financial, manufacturing, healthcare, media and entertainment industries. Prior to Exusia, he applied his expertise in diverse roles that ranged from software development at Texas Instrument and the University of Oklahoma to the design, implementation and maintenance of ETL processes at JP Morgan Chase and Knightsbridge Solutions/HP.

Nagaiah has also served as an end-to-end development lead and solution architect at Dell Inc. In this position, he contributed to the critical reporting applications that are utilized by Dell IT Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) Finance domain including World Wide Revenue, Units and Margin (WWRUM), Financial Reporting Initiative (FRI), Client Reinvention (CR) and Global Attach Rate.

Nagaiah received his B.S. in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences and his Masters of Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma. He is certified in Dimensional Modeling in Depth, Netezza 8x50 Training, SAS Platform Administrator, and SAS DI Studio. Nagaiah has also published a journal paper on “Relay network design in freight transportation systems.” This paper provides techniques, heuristics, and algorithms for the location of a minimal number of relay points on a highway network that satisfies the driver-distance constraint.

Nagaiah is passionate about organizing community sports events. He especially enjoys bringing friends and colleagues together for ping pong and golf tournaments.
