As a Director at Exusia, Inc., Frank Juang is responsible for leading the overall roadmap of creating and maintaining solutions architecture specifications across various software development projects for Exusia’s global clients.  He provides technical design and architectural leadership to multiple teams and projects, delivering innovative client solutions that adhere to strict architectural design principles and high quality standards.  Frank also performs research and assessments on new technologies, ensuring Exusia remains fixated on executing innovative strategies that drive client transformation and implementing bleeding-edge data integration solutions that attribute to measurable client ROI. 
Prior to joining Exusia, Frank had a distinguished career across a breadth of industries including, Banking/Finance, Retail, Education, Electronic Gaming, Software (Data Quality Tools), Insurance, and Internet Advertising.  Being a serial entrepreneur, he has held CTO/Chief Architect roles in four startups and was a co-founder of two other ventures.  He has a proven track record of effectively employing modern technology frameworks, patterns, and methodologies in green field and legacy environments.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook University.  Frank brings to Exusia and his clients an immense wealth of technical expertise in Ab Initio, Teradata, SQLite, MS Access, MS SQLServer, MySQL/Maria and Oracle.  In addition, Frank has a broad range of experience in development tools including Android Studio, Eclipse/Netbeans, Flash, Eclipse and Visual Studio with C++/C# and VB,

Frank is immensely inspired by technology and has a passion and drive to learn how new technology can drive innovation.  He engages in technology forums and blogs, and is continuously testing and using the latest gadgets before they become mainstream.  Frank enjoys movies; he has a great appreciation for drama.
